• Late Night Service: Transfers starting after 0:00 local time are subject to a night surcharge. Please verify the final rate with our manager.

• Flexible Cancellation: Cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
• Cash Payments: If paying in cash, please try to have the exact amount or let us know in advance if you need change.

Travel Guidelines & Rules

• Safety First: Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
• Cabin Environment: To keep our fleet fresh, smoking and the consumption of food, alcoholic or sugary drinks inside the car are not allowed.
• Luggage Storage: Suitcases belong in the trunk. Only small personal items or handbags are permitted in the passenger cabin.
• Rest Stops: For trips over 60 minutes, a 20-minute break for restrooms or a quick snack is free. Stops for shopping require prior driver approval.
